If you've received your order and something's wrong with it we need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help!

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, and Canada
  • Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem)
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@beepboo.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
